2. Purposes and Legal Basis of Processing
We process personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR. The processing takes place depending on the context in particular for providing the website, processing inquiries, and initiating or executing bookings. Legal bases include in particular:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract/initiation of contract, e.g. reservation inquiry, communication regarding booking)
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest, e.g. technically necessary provision and security of the website)
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent – if we obtain it for certain functions, e.g. optional cookies/tools)

3. Access Data / Server Log Files
When accessing our website, the web server automatically collects information (e.g. IP address, date/time of access, accessed page/file, referrer URL, browser type/version, operating system). These data are technically necessary to deliver the website and ensure stability/security. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Storage Duration: We store server log files only as long as necessary for secure operation and then delete/anonymize them (typically after 30 days).

8. Transfer to Third Countries

9. reCAPTCHA
To protect against spam and abuse on form pages, Google reCAPTCHA v3 may be used. This may process IP address, device/browser data, and interaction data to detect automated requests. Legal basis is – depending on implementation – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in abuse prevention) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

10. Cookies / Storage on End Devices
We use technically necessary cookies/Local-Storage as required for the basic function of the website (e.g. language settings). For all other cookies/tools, we obtain consent if used. We currently do not use cookies for analytics/marketing purposes, only technically absolutely necessary (essential) ones. Additional consent (CMP) is therefore not required here.

11. Google Fonts (External Inclusion)
This website uses so-called Google Fonts for uniform font display. The inclusion is via the Google Fonts Web API, meaning your browser loads the required fonts from Google servers when accessing our pages (particularly via fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Your IP address and possibly further technical information (e.g. browser/device information) is technically transmitted to Google, as your browser must establish a connection to these servers.
